Kunal was always accessible and answered all my queries pertaining to the appraisal, mortgage paperwork all through closing. Whatever he promised up front was fulfilled in terms of rate and no closing cost. Entire refinance was accomplished within 2-3 weeks and I got the best refinance rate. I recently re-financed my home loan through Moonstar Mortgage and was greatly satisfied by the honest and dedicated service received by their personnels. Kunal Majmundar, who was my loan advisor there was extremely helpful and upfront with any cost that I might possibly incur, although in the end it was no cost closing. There were no hidden fees and everyone was upfront. Kunal never tried to rush me into locking and waited to get me the best rate. The whole process was streamlined with no hiccups. I would recommend Kunal to anyone out there who might be looking to re-finance or have other insurance needs.
